The ODT-AFE-8A1P-16FFCT is a high performance Swift™ AFE and includes eight 10-bit, 2.5GSPS ADCs, and eight Capless LDO’s, a voltage/current reference, a process, voltage, and temp sensor, and a low jitter fractional-N PLL.
