The ODT-AFE-16A18D4T-16FFCT is a highly integrated Swift™ AFE designed in a 16nm CMOS process. The AFE includes sixteen 12-bit, 200MSPS ADCs, eight voltage DACs with an output settling time of 1us, six voltage DACs with an output settling time of 10us, four 250MSPS current DACs, four Temp and Voltage monitors, multiple LDOs and reference generators, and an output voltage buffer.
