ODT-ADS-6B1G-28HPCT

The ODT-ADS-6B1G-28HPCT is a low-power, high-performance time-interleaved Swift™ ADC designed in a 28nm CMOS process. This 6-bit, 1GSPS ADC supports input signals up to 400 MHz and features a differential full-scale range of 0.6Vpp with excellent static and dynamic performance.

The ADC architecture is optimized to maximize performance while minimizing power and area consumption. The ADC is carefully designed to reduce the interleaving errors like timing skew, gain, and offset errors.
