Uday has rich experience of over 40-plus years in the areas of finance, operations, Wall street, fund raising (public and private), mergers & acquisitions and other related fields. Uday served as Chief Financial & Operations Officer of Jifflenow, Kaybus, Inc., GreenVolts, Atrica, MetroOptiX, MMC Networks, and DTM corporations. He has taken two companies through an IPO process.

Prior to becoming CFO at Omni Design Technologies, he spent several years working at PwC an international audit & advisory firm, Intel Corp and Cirrus Logic Inc

Uday completed his B.Com., in finance, and is a chartered accountant, a CPA, and holds a DMA (MBA). 

In addition, he serves on private and non-profit companies’ board of directors.
